How can I get in touch with Grace Loves?

We love hearing from our customers! Please simply fill out the contact form on this page, and we’ll get back within 24 hours.

What currency are your prices in?

All prices are in Pounds Sterling (£) and all orders will be processed through PayPal in Pounds Sterling (£).

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please email us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged product and we will be happy to replace it. You will need to keep the damaged item and all packaging as this may be required for an insurance claim.

I need my order urgently. Can you help?

We’ll definitely try our hardest to make sure you get your delivery on time. If it’s crucial that you receive something within a specific time frame, please contact us before placing your order.

I'm a Trade customer. How do I re-order stock?

I'm a retailer and I'd like to stock Grace Loves product. How do I do this?

If you’re a retailer and you’re interested in stocking our products, we’d love to hear from you.
Simply email us at info@graceloves.com and we’ll be happy to answer any of your questions and set up an account for you.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free for orders over £20.

For orders less than £20, delivery costs 95p for a card and £2.70 for an art print.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders to the UK are delivered within 5 days. If you need your order sooner, please just let us know!

What happens if I want to change my mind about an order?

We hope you won’t want to change your mind! But if you need to, please contact us as soon as
possible.

If your order has not yet been sent to you, we’ll give you a full refund within 5 working days.

If your order has been despatched, or has already arrived, please arrange to return it to us within
14 days in perfect condition. When it arrives back with us we’ll refund you within 5 working
days, less our delivery costs as long as it is in perfect, unused condition.

We regret that, under these circumstances, returning the goods to us must be at your own expense.

Please note we cannot exchange or refund personalised goods.
